Don’t worry, be happy and buy online: Return Policy.

We have a "No Worries" Return Policy.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return the item/s to Airllywood within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price (excluding your initial shipping costs) for all purchases within Australia. If the return is made within 14 days and it meets our standards listed below, we will cover the cost of return postage.

All returned products must be:

  • unused
  • unopened (if the product has a hygienic seal) and in original condition
  • undamaged
  • returned within 14 days of delivery (proof of delivery date will be required)
  • in a saleable condition.

If goods are found to be defective or damaged and are returned more than 30 days after receipt, we will agree to a refund or exchange at our discretion only.

Don’t Worry – We are Happy to Accept Returns.

We want you to be happy with items you order and never worry if they are not perfect. You may want to order two sizes or different colours in a style so you can decide which works best for you and your wardrobe – whatever does not suit simply return it within the 14 days as discussed above. We are happy to work with you to ensure your purchase is a successful addition to your wardrobe.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? No problem! We are happy to arrange this for you. Just email us with what you are interested in taking as a replacement with the style code number, size, and colour. We will then put the item/s aside until we receive your returned item and thus take the worry out of missing out on your selection.

Returning Items on Clearance

We are more than happy to exchange marked Clearance items for another size (if we have it in stock), but unfortunately, we are unable to offer Refunds on Clearance items.

What if a product is faulty?

We are confident in the quality of our manufacturing and packaging and trust that the item you choose will arrive without fault. However, on the rare occasion this does happen please email info@airllywood.com.au explaining the problem. We can then either refund the cost of the item or replace it provided a replacement is in stock.

How do I return products to Airllywood?

Upon receiving your request to return a product, we will email you a "Returns Form" to be included in your shipment. If you are returning an item within 14 days of receipt, we will cover the cost of shipping for you by sending you a postage label. If your return is after the 14 day limit, any shipping costs are your responsibility. The garment or item being returned must meet our requirements as listed above and have all labels still attached. Please take care when returning items, as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit. 

If you are exchanging an item, we will send you the postage label to return your initial item and the cost of shipping your new item will be added to your total. Alternatively, you can include a stamped, self-addressed post satchel for us to send the replacement item.

Due to Government health regulations concerning hygiene we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear.
