"No Worries" Return Policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return the item/s to Airllywood within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price, credit or exchange, of all purchases within Australia. Refunds on returned items purchased under a "Free Shipping" promotion will attract a charge for the initial shipping cost.
Please Note: We are more than happy to exchange marked Clearance items for another size (if we have it in stock), but unfortunately, we are unable to offer Refunds on Clearance items.
All returned products must be:
- unopened (if the product has a hygienic seal) and in original condition
- returned within 14 days of delivery (proof of delivery date will be required)
- in a saleable condition.
If, more than 30 days after receipt, goods are found to be defective or damaged, normal warranty conditions for those goods will apply. Any refund or exchange after this period will be at our discretion.
Don’t Worry – we are Happy to accept returns
We want you to be happy with items you order and not worry if they are not perfect. You may want to order two sizes or different colours in a style so you can decide which works best for you and your wardrobe – whatever does not suit simply return it. We are happy to work with you to ensure your purchase is a successful addition to your wardrobe.
Want to exchange an item - No problem - we are happy to arrange this for you. Just email us with what you are interested in taking as a replacement with the style code number, size and colour. We will then put the item/s aside until we receive your returned item and thus take the worry out of missing out on your selection.
Due to Government health regulations concerning hygiene we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear.
What if a product is faulty?
We are confident in the quality of our manufacturing and packaging and trust that the item you choose will arrive without fault. However, on the rare occasion this does happen please email firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the problem. We can then either refund the cost of the item or replace it provided a replacement is in stock.
How do I return products to Airllywood?
Upon receiving your request to return a product we will email you a “Returns Form” which you will need to print, complete and return with any items that didn’t fit or suit. This form clearly describes the process for returning, including the return address and how to nominate for a credit vs return for exchange. The return postage is at your cost and please include a stamped, self-addressed post satchel for us to send the replacement item. The garment being returned, naturally should not have been worn and have all labels attached. Please take care when returning items as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit – you may want to consider using registered post.
